Profile Summary
so here's the short skinny of it all.  i'm a professional singer.  i've been singing for 20 years now, professionally for 10 years.  i've worked on cruise ships, done musical theater, and most recently i''ve done weddings, bar mitzvahs, and been the lead singer in a funk band.  i am currently about to release 4-5 original songs and one cover, with the focus being on 2 tracks.  "good gugga mugga" and "way down in the land of british pop" for which there is a video.  it would have been nice to win the milkrocks competition, because i wanted to talk to the flatts and ask them questions about the biz.  i lived in nashville for a year and am quite familiar with the country music scene.  but all my campaigning has done something else wonderful.  it exposed me to all of you and vice versa, and maybe we can support each other on future projects.  all i ask is over the next few months look for the name Ian Eagle Ashanti and keep track of my progress.  by the way, i didn't get the america's got talent audition, but i sang amazingly.  even the other people in my group, who i thought would be envious, agreed that i sang well.  so atleast its confirmed that i have talent.
Interests
General

i am an omni-religious vegetarian on the verge of veganism.  my motto is, "make my funk the p-funk"  "Barack for Prez" because he grew up poor like i did, and "Damn the man, save the empire."  we are all slaves to this empire.  we may live in the safest country in the world, but blinded by that feeling of security, too many of us never question if this republic truly works in the best interests of its 300 million citizens.  it seems to only work well for a handful of americans.

i like anything in the arts and entertainment.  i have a purple belt in wushu, i have taken jeet kune do, and was captian of my wrestling team in high school.  i have currently outlined over forty film scripts, written over fifty songs, and already i have written my saturday night live scripts for when i am successful and invited on the show.

i hope to take all the money when i am successful and invest in farm land.  i will build my own reservoir and make all of my housing structures generate their own energy through solar power and windmills.  after i am off the grid, i'm just going to grow organic vegetables and sell them at unbelievably low prices, even going so far as to give food away after the farm has made enoughto cover expenses.  for all the farmers and their families i'll build new homes connected to my water supply and energy grid so they don't have to worry about living expenses, their salaries can go to savings and an improved quality of life.  then i can concentrate on true productivity that will benefit those less fortunate.

i know i don't have all the talents i have in the arts for myself,  i have to use them not for greed, but to level the playing field.  the earth and all its resources are the right of all living things, not just the living things with enough money.
