I'm a young military wife and stay at home mom who was born and raised in Alaska. I got married to the most wonderful man in the world when I was seventeen (with the permission of my parents) in November, 2003, and gave birth to my first son in April, 2004. My husband joined The US Army in July of 2006, and we moved to Colorado Janurary 2007. My husband spent four months in Iraq, before being sent home to take care of me medically. Our second son was born in November, 2007.
Being a military wife has proven to me, as well as others, how strong I can be.
