Description: Have you ever dreamt of taking a trip to San Diego? You could be a mere "wish" away from finding out first hand why San Diego is known for its weather, spectacular beaches, attractions, friendly locals and an exciting downtown scene! The San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau welcomes you to design a San Diego postcard with your choice of Travelocity Roaming Gnome and one of two taglines: “Wish You Were Here!” or “Wish I Was in San Diego!” Tell the world how much would enjoy or have enjoyed a trip to San Diego by creating a postcard suggesting why you’d rather be in sun-drenched Southern California by uploading photos from your snowy, dreary or hum-drum everyday life. You could win a trip for two to San Diego, including airfare, hotel accommodations, attraction tickets and some fun in the sun!
Rewards:
  • Grand Prize: One winner, selected by a panel of judges from the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau will be chosen from the top 500 highest scoring entries. The winner will enjoy a three-day, two-night trip for two to San Diego, including airfare, hotel and attraction tickets. All travel arrangements will be made by the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau including: two nights of accommodations at The Dana on Mission Bay, coach class airfare for two and two tickets to both SeaWorld San Diego and the San Diego Zoo.   • Weekly Voter/Reviewer Sweepstakes: One individual, who participates in the campaign by writing a quality review or voting, will be chosen randomly each week to win two, one-day Adult Admission tickets to SeaWorld San Diego or the San Diego Zoo. Attraction tickets received by winners determined by Sponsor at Sponsor's discretion.
How to Submit:
  1. Click Submit Entry and create a postcard using our Entry Editor or download the provided Art Assets and create one from scratch. Be sure to include one of the provided Travelocity Roaming Gnomes, one of the two taglines (“Wish You Were Here!” or “Wish I Was in San Diego!”) and a description of your entry. Choose from the provided San Diego photos or upload your own photo.
  2. Follow the steps provided.
  3. Tell your friends to come to the campaign and vote for your entry!
Requirements: All entries must be the original creation of the participant. Entry must represent a postcard for San Diego with at least one of the provided Travelocity Roaming Gnomes and one of the two taglines: “Wish You Were Here!” or “Wish I Was in San Diego!”. You may enter as many unique entries as you’d like. Please do not submit duplicate entries. Any entry that violates copyright protection or the Brickfish Terms of Use will be disqualified and removed.
