Description: Windows is thrilled to congratulate the 117 Semi-Finalists to the Windows Brand Ambassador program! Now, we need your help choosing 40 Finalists – The Windows Brand Ambassadors – from all the amazing entries. Leave a review or vote for your favorite Semi-Finalists, or share your favorite entry with friends. Your opinions and influence will help us make this difficult decision. The Grand Prize Winner is in the running for a new laptop, a 10 MP digital camera, and a trip for 2 to Microsoft’s global headquarters in Redmond, WA! Are you a Semi-Finalist? Keep sharing your entry! Remember – the more votes, reviews and views on your entry over the next 4 weeks, the closer you’ll get to becoming a Windows Brand Ambassador! From the top 100 highest scoring eligible entries, the Windows Social Media Team will announce the 40 Finalists as Windows Brand Ambassadors on July 14th. Between July 14th and September 8th, the 40 Windows Brand Ambassadors will receive weekly video challenges from the Windows Social Media Team. Each week’s challenge will highlight a different way our Windows Brand Ambassadors use Windows products every day. The winner of each challenge will be selected based on how well they completed their challenge, creativity and their ability to generate buzz across the Web. At the end of the 8 weeks, the Windows Social Media Team will award one Grand Prize Winner with a new laptop, a 10 MP digital camera, and a trip for 2 to Microsoft’s global headquarters in Redmond, WA!
Rewards: Semi-Finals

Windows Brand Ambassadors: 40 Finalists, selected by the Windows Social Media Team from the top 100 highest scoring eligible entries from the Semi-Finalists, will be selected as a Windows Brand Ambassador. Each will receive “virtual brand ambassador” badges to display on their personal social networking sites. In addition, Microsoft will feature the Windows Brand Ambassadors on its YouTube, Facebook and Twitter pages.

Windows Brand Ambassador Finals

8 Weekly Challenge Winners: During the Finals, the Windows Brand Ambassadors will receive weekly challenges from Microsoft. The finalist that best completes the challenge that week will receive a $100 gift certificate to Best Buy.

Grand Prize: The Windows Social Media Team will choose one Grand Prize winner, selected from the 40 Windows Brand Ambassadors, to receive a trip for two to Microsoft’s Main Campus in Redmond, WA and have the chance to meet members of the Windows Social Media Team and tour the Microsoft campus. The winner will also receive a HP Touchsmart Laptop and a Canon PowerShot 10 Megapixel Digital Camera to the capture the experience.

  2. Tell your friends to come to the campaign and vote for or share your favorite entry!
Requirements: Only the eligible Semi-Finalists winning entries that advanced from the Windows Brand Ambassador Call for Entries are eligible.
