I think that my mother is absolutely hands down the best mother in the world. She is such an inspiration to me and she deserves the best that I can give her. She was a single mother of 4 children and didn't receive any child support. She worked as many hours as she could, at 3 different jobs, while still spending every free minute with all 4 of us and giving us individual attention. Money was extremely tight, yet she didn't buy herself new shoes or handbags, so that she could put me in a catholic school, which was 33% of her income. I realize now how broke we were, but growing up, I never knew. My mom made sure that we had everything that we needed and went above and beyond what I can ever imagine possible. I could and still can tell my mom anything and know that she will always be proud of me and love me no matter what, she is truly my best friend. I can only hope that I will be half as good a mother as her. She deserves to win this more than anyone I know..
