So... I have a job I never thought I could see me doing! ... Over spring break, I wrecked my car get this.. while I was filling out job applications!!! Well this summer I walk to work everyday (about a ten minute walk) to Sonic.... My choices we're very limited being that now I don't have my car! I am working to save up for another car.. and also to help pay tuition!...so I'm working and brickfishing!!!
...... Though I always said I would NEVER work fast food... here I am working fast food! Actually, it's not that bad!
I actually enjoy dealing w/ people when others don't want to! My job has definitely unspoiled me!!! I never pictured me WALKING to WORK.. or WORKING IN FAST FOOD! .. here I am doing both!!!! The Perks of it.. we're the ultimate drink stop.. and everyday someone comes in and order's something unheard of.. (well to me anyway! ) ... so at the end of the day.. I try it! .....

I always try to look on the bright side!!! Though I wish I could drive to work and not waste half of my energy before I get there....I'm saving tons on gas!!! .. Though I would love to spend the summer going to the water parks and vacationing with my friends ( a couple whom happened to make a smart decision pocket-wise going to community college).... This has really helped me to be responisible and get my PRIORITIES in order (besides I Wouldn't trade my University life for the world!!)

........ though my whole summer consists of work...... I end the summer with a small wknd visit to my family in Alabama... and then right before school starts.. cheer camp in Myrtle beach!

The advice given to me by any woman... is to EXERCISE, EAT RIGHT, and DRINK WATER!!!  These are the most generic health tips anyone can have, but I find them to be very useful! These 3 tips help in more ways than one and more than in one specific area.  They don't require surgery.. not expensive at all.. all natural.. what do you have to lose... besides your life if you don't?  Most of this comes from my mother and past health ed and biology classes!... 

IMPLEMENT THESE 3 TIPS AND REDUCE YOUR CHANCES OF
- HEart Disease
- Stroke
- Dehydration
BETTER YOUR:
- Mind: Give your brain the nutrients it needs to function properly!!!
-Body:  Help clear this skin
- Soul: Stress less.. be a new you!

  • EXERCISE: Exercise helps to keep the body working, muscles moving.. etc. It decreases the risk of heart disease, high cholesterol..etc... Exercise has also been proven to help reduce stress! (Don't believe it.. the next time you're down and out and in a jam.. take a jog.. get your blood flowing.. brain pumping.. bet you feel a lot better.. bet you come up with more solutions! )  Exercise has also been proven to help sleep! ...There are various forms of exercise... cardio exercise makes us sweat, which releases the impurities of the body...(in my case its great for my skin too)
  • EAT RIGHT: Eating a balanced diet is a very important health factor.... too much of anything is bad.. too much cholesterol leads to high blood pressure, too much sugar leads to unhealthy teeth, diabetes, etc.. (its not so good for yeast infections also.).... Many fruits and vegetables have vitamins that are essential to healthy skin, fighting off diseases, good vision...etc.  Some fruits and vegetables contain fiber which is cancer fighting... calcium for strong bones! (I'm not neccessarily saying be a vegetarian... because meat gives us protein!!)
  • DRINK WATER and 100% Real fruit juice!:  It doesn't have caffine.. which is very addictive.. water helps to cleanse the body (cranberry juice too!).. (put down those sodas and pick up water for 3 weeks.. see if that skin starts looking better!) it rehydrates (beleive me I have delt with dehydration before.. not so fun!!!) Fruit Juice has natural sugar... try to steer away from high fructose corn syrup as much as possible! Many fruit juices are packed with Vitamin C...

OUR BODIES ARE EQUIPPED WITH THINGS WE NEED! JUST TAKE CARE OF IT!
BE ALL NATURAL.. BE HEALTHY... BE BEAUTIFUL!

EASY TIPS:


  • TRY VARIETY... find fruits you like.. get tired of apples and orgages? what about Mangos, Pineapples, Plus, Pears, Kiwi...etc
  • try grilling food rather than frying...
  • When you go to a fast food restaurant substitute the fries for a fruit cup ... or the soda for apple juice, water, or milk... substitue the burger for a grilled chicken wrap if available (YUMM!!!!)
  • if you must have fried chicken strips... instead of having fries.. chop it up in a salad.... (It's a start!!)
  • If you're not down with so much water.. simply replace soda, koolaid..etc.. with fruit juice.. there are all sorts of yummy fruit juice besides your normal apple, orange..etc... when you go to the grocery store.. look to see whats on the juice aisle! You'd be surprised at some of those flavors!
  • READ LABELS!!!!! DON't BE TRICKED!
  • Some of the foods you may think are healthy are not so healthy... just because its all natural doesn't mean its pure frut juice.... (sugar from canes is all natural too!)...
  • Start off implementing a little exercise.. maybe jog 2 laps each day.. next week make it 4... etc... add various types of exercises to work all parts of the body! (Don't forget to stretch!)
SO START WITH THESE TIPS! BE ON YOUR WAY TO A HEALTHIER YOU!
