Drinking and driving:  there are stupider things, but it's a very short list.  ~Author Unknown

If you must drink and drive, drink Pepsi.  ~Author
unknown, as seen on a bumper sticker

Personally I recommend that themes like these should be used in the new political campaigns. I believe that if a person is concious about the consequences then he or she would be more careful with their decisions because stupid decisions like drinking and driving are not worth it. There is nothing positive about it!

I am optimistic about love today!
Reality is that I am not the right person to go to for love advice because personally it hasn't hit me yet.The reason I picked this movie as the one that touched me the most is because this is the kind of love I would want to find and have. I just finished watching one of the most wonderful love stories in the world.Of course I am being subjective particularly about this one.The Notebook is a story about a guy named Noah and a girl named Allie(about my age) who fall in love one summer. It is a very passionate story that makes you cry and jump of hapiness at the same time. What inspired me the most is the fact that their love was so strong and it lasted their whole lives.Annie ended up with a disease which made her forget everything. Everyday Noah would read to her with all the patience in the world hoping she would remember who he was.Every time Noah cried because Annie was sick I would cry because he was suffering for love.Their love was so strong that it created a miracle and made them die at the same time. Beautiful, isn't it? My connection to the story is definitely the hope of finding someone you would like to die next to. Personally I didn't believe in love strong like theirs but watching this movie made me realize that there is love for everybody out there. Even for me! Remember people: Love is giving someone the power to destroy you, but trusting them enough not to.

Did you know that 98% of fashion models smoke?

Not such a great model now hugh?
What do you think?

Since brickfish has decided to create a new political campaign I would recommend using real life threatining issues.Issues that would help people be more aware of things that damage your body and can ruin your lives. It is important that we don't let "models" influence our decisions in life. Again smoking does not look cool, it makes the person who's doing it look like a prisoner. Does not being free sound cool to you?

I have read a lot of inspiring books in my life but there is always one that sticks out of the bunch. I read this book in the third grade and still I remember it like I just finished reading it yesterday. The reason why I love this book so much is because it was my first reality book. It relates to all the kids who don't have the opportunity to go to school in third world countries, which is where I come from. The boy's name was Juan and his job was to shine shoes. He delt with plenty of hardships in his life. First his father abandoned his mother and him, then his mother got married again and left him as well. He lived with his grandmother who didn't even know his age (8 by the way). His dream was to go to school but they wouldn't accept him because all the kids were too adnvanced in the year already. Juan felt heart broken but he never gave up. He took a peace of newspaper and he would practice reading alone everyday. Until one day he went to school and showed the teacher that he could read. Juan was accepted into school and his grandmother couldn't be prouder. Even though he delt with all those hardships, he called his home the most beautiful place in the world. According to his grandmother the most beautiful place in the world is "any place you could hold your head up". To Juan it's "where you love somebody...and you know that person loves you". In this case Juan felt that his grandmother really loved him which is very inspiring for a person.Juan's courage has taught me to stand up for myself and work hard for what I want. You should all do the same!
Ann Cameron, author of this book. She inspired me to study hard and read more novels like these.
