Thin.Skinny. Is typically associated with being pretty, or hot, or "banging". But what about being real sized in a society where being stick thin is praised.The best health advice I have is embrace your body.Look in the mirror say i love how I look, and walk along the beach with pride. Wear your hair how you want it, and say yeah I like to dress like this no matter what size i am. Not all girls are made stick skinny, there are some athletic girls with big thighs from soccer or arms from swimming. We may not all look like the thin models. But if your comfortable with yourself other people will notice and your personality will shine threw. Anorexia and bulemia are such a problem in society these days. Girls starving themselves to be thin, girlsbinging and purging to fit into a size 00. Real girls come in all different shapes and sizes. I hate to see girls who think only skinny is pretty. Pretty and beautiful comes in all different shapes and sizes. The key to showing the rest of the world how we feel, is actually feeling it ourselves. So look in the mirror, at every part of your body and name a reason why you love it. Walk out in that new bathing suit and be proud. You are a women, you are not a cookie cutter, you are yourself, no depression, no anorexia, no bulemia just standing strong and being proud.
