of all my eighteen years of infinite wisdom has tough me this. If you  skinny and beautiful ,big and beautiful or everything in between you are perfect the way you are I don't care who says other wise. If you don't believe my late me have a talk with that person and I'll give them a good slap in the head. if some one says that you look fat they are just mad because that don't have curves. so don't ever ever go on a crash diet not to get smaller or bigger crash diets hurt your body in the long run so don't do them ever!!!!! even If I don't know you I still care about you OK. thats just the type of person I am
