Just last week I was affected by Internet Fraud via an e-mail and a "phishing website".  I received an e-mail which appeared to be from pay pal telling me that there was suspicious activity on my pay pal account and immediate action needed to be taken to prevent someone from accessing my information.  Worried that my account was in danger I clicked the link to an e-mail which took me to what looked like the pay pal login in prompting for a user name and a password.  After several times trying to access my account it kept saying invalid password, so I went to the "Forgot Password" link where it asked me to answer a security question and enter a new password just like that of pay pal.  However, little did I know this was a complete scam to obtain both my password, security answer, and my account information.  As soon as I went to submit my information to get a new password, my computer warned me that the site was a complete fake and luckily blocked my information from going to an unknown person.  If my information would have been sent out a person would have had access to all of my credit card information on pay pal and potentially could have purchased anything they wanted.  I was extremely scared so I immediately changed my password by going through the real pay pal site, and I forwarded the scam e-mail to pay pal so that they could investigate the fraud website.  They responded back by telling me that the website was a scam and that they were trying to disable it as soon as possible.  While I was telling a friend about the experience, they claimed that they recieved the same exact e-mail but went through the process.  People accessed their account and now their credit is extremely screwed up. So if anyone recieves an e-mail from pay pal, be sure to directly type in the pay pal website yourself and DO NOT click a link directly in a pay pal website for it may be fraud.  Just wanted to let you all know so that you can keep your pay pal account and of course identity safe!  The e-mail was entitled "Limited Account Access" and was sent from what appeared to be pay pal, however it is not real!
