I have not yet fallen for a scam but people have tried to scam me often. Because it does happen so regularly, I have taken to playing a little game with internet scammers. I like to see if I can scare them into appoligizing or at least never contacting me again. The following email was sent to me on April 9th this year. Following that is my reply. Hopefully you enjoy it.

Dear Adams John (what did you take it off a bill or did you just believe that no one would realize when you just reversed a pres. name),
Banks don't operate from yahoo accounts, and they never ask for your account information over the internet, it must be done in person. if you were going to send me $800,000 (not 800.000) then you would be able to take the 150 out of that. Phone number have 7 digits or ten if the number is foreign as you suggest it is. Hon. is not a title and if they arrested the scammed people, and you believed I was scammed, I would have been arrested. In fact, I don't believe I was scammed last year, except for this "cruise company" that won't stop calling me, but they didn't get any money either. Next time you try this con, try using spell check and please never contact me again, or I will forward your emails directly to my cousin, in the FBI.
