I absolutely love to play up my eyes.  I've been trying to find ways to make my eyeshadow more vibrant and last longer with the minimal amount used;  something that does not require loads of primer to achieve.  My ideal eyeshadow would be  something shimmery with an easy application that can either be applied as powder or paint.  I think everyone should start wearing playful colors on their lids, rather than just the basic neutrals.  Every women can achieve the "look at me" eyes, the key is to contour and to use the correct colors that compliment each other.
