Last summer, I went off to college, saying good bye to my family and friends... but most importantly my dog.  Dottie was my dalmatian who I had raised since she was a pup and all in all my best friend.  I worked throughout highschool at out local Petsmart, bathing dogs.  I often would take Dottie to work with me and when my family would go out of town and leave me alone she was always there to keep me company so it really broke my heart to have to leave her behind.  I had been hearing my family talk about how much she missed me and she wasn't eating right and loosing weight, well it turned out that her broken heart had turned into kidney failure.  About nine months after she passed I was looking into getting a house with a few friends of mine and the landlord said I could have a dog.  So I started searching for one and I found the perfect one and the best part was that she was only 20miles away from me or so I thought.  I emailed the guy and he send me an email back stating that he was a missionary in Nigeria and he could no longer take care of his dear precious "Nina".  He said that he had taken her back to Nigeria with him so that way he would have some company, the CROOK even called me mulitiple times; but when he kept asking for the money and he wanted me to send it to him through a Western Union I started looking up information about puppy scams online and came across mulitiple incidents where this illeged CHRISITIAN had stolen peoples money.  They would say that you needed to pick up the dog at your nearest airport at a certain time for pick up and nothing would ever arrive and you were out X-amount of money.  Well when he called I let me have it, and made sure that for all the people that he has lied to and stolen their money he will be spending eternity in HELL.   I feel really bad for all of the people that he fooled, but the moral of the story is watch out buying things "sight unseen."  Just for the record I am a christian and a firm believer in God and I think that might be why people like that hurt me so much.
