khila

My name is Khila I’m 20, and my wonderful mom Patricia is 53. I have the greatest mom ever, she’s nice, silly, understandable, and beautiful, but she doesn’t have the best wardrobe. Our wardrobe dilemma doesn’t occur everyday because I’m currently in college, but when I am home she sometimes try to fit my shirts, because she thinks their cute, or that she could fit in them, but she can’t. When she tries on my shirts I just give them to her because she stretches them out. She doesn’t try on anything else because she knows they can’t fit her, or else she’ll get stuck. I don’t even try on any of her clothes, because they won’t look right on me for my age. I’m not a stylist or up on the latest fashion, but I know I dress better than my mom. In shirts I’m a size SM, but my mom wears an XL. In jeans I wear size 2, and my mom wears size 15. My mom is great and all, but she has no style, she dresses in tacky, high water pant, like there’s a flood or something. I like to show off my body, and my curves, whereas she dresses very conservative. My mom is an elementary school teacher, and I’m surprised her students don’t make jokes about her wardrobe. My mom defiantly needs some wardrobe solutions, where she can look and feel great.

Not sure if I will have time to comment tomorrow before the voting closes, so I wanted to tell you that no matter what the outcome of this contest, each of you are winners. I commend you on taking the time, out of your busy lives, to share the information that you have about your daughter(s) or mom(s). I have read so many inspiring messages. Be proud, be happy, and when given a choice always take the high road. Blessings!
