I started using a PC in 1996, my first year of high school. I mainly used it for school but back then chat rooms were a new and big thing, so I spent my fair share of time in them as well. Today I use the PC for virtually every aspect of my life including social, professional, and academic.

I recently completed a college level statistics course using software on my PC, and I attribute much of my success to the ease and user-friendliness of Windows, as well as my statistics software. Also, as a Criminal Justice student, I have to type a lot, as well as research and my PC continues to be my biggest and best tool. I've owned OTHER computers and it seemed that a task that was so simple on a PC required a special degree just to accomplish with those 'books'.

Also, like me the PC is thorough without having to be overly complicated. You want to start? Press start. You want to view? Press view. Simple and straight to the point, and when your tasks are complicated on their own, who wants the added stress of trying to figure out the tool that is supposed to aid you?

Basically, it is like this: if you are someone like me that is more about action and accomplishments choose a PC. If you need colors and fancy trinkets to cover up incompetence and flaws get yourself a 'book'.

In closing, I should represent the PC, because I'm competent, straight to the point, and like the PC, I'm more about getting things done, rather than trying to get by on needless gadgets and fast-talk. And don't forget, with the PC you get exactly what you see, exactly what you need. But you can't have your mac, without the 'cheese'.

The late Michael Jackson said, "If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with." Which can only be the highest truth in his case. [p0st 1-3; keep an eye out for Veet]

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
