Its funny because I feel way more judged by people outside my church than anywhere. Many people assume and that just because I am Catholic that I am a mindless sheep that does whatever the Bible tells me to. But I guess it just teaches us to try and continue doing what we think is right for ourselves without being waved by their Judgements; and not judging them in return.

People who chew gum are less fat than people who don't. Chewing can release hormones in your body that help you relax, which helps produce less cortisol...and if you are chewing gum then you aren't eatting junk!
