You have a unique premise for this video. I like that you included the video, because it allows the viewer to see the two of you as a couple in addition to your lamentation. I also like that you introduce the video using the chat program the two of you use to speak. The biggest critique I can offer you is that the pace is unbalanced. While none of your video is strictly speaking fast-paced, the anniversary video has a quicker pace than the chat sequence. I think that a visual transition between the two would have made it less jarring. The same could be said for the transition back to the chat sequence. Overall, this is good though- and absolutely above par for this campaign. And thanks for your critique of my video. Truly, I think I screwed up when writing that last line- The idea portrayed was supposed to be the infinite possibilities of $1000 and not that the money itself would make us better at all. Oh well- live and learn. Good luck in the competition!

This is just fabulous! I'm surprised that I like it, because usually floral patterns make me somewhat ill. Perhaps it's that this doesn't remind me of my Grandmother's curtains...

This entry made me cry. The line "December 20 will always be a bleak day of memories of loss, but not even that loss could knock my sister down" struck a chord with me, partially because it's so poignant, and partially because December 23 is the "day of loss" for my best friend and I. But your sister survived, and so did we. It's amazing how very much a loss can change you, and how strong it can make you in the end. My support for you, and also for your amazing sister.

This is pretty neat. I don't even like pink, and I still want this one!

Finally more or less awake and ready to review! I love your entry for its poignant message, and also because it reminds me of the notion of looking for and finding beauty in unconventional places. So many people seem to seperate beauty into a stringent little category, and truly cannot see it anywhere else. But this entry is a great example of unconventional beauty and meaning. Also, this is very visually interesting, which also sets it apart from many other entries.

Your eyes are amazingly expressive, especially for a baby.

The happiness that is captured in this picture is what all of the portrait centers aspire to but very rarely reach. I bet the photographer kept a copy of this in his/her portfolio,
