Aging Doesn't Suck
Description:
I have a 35 year investment in running. People not personally touched by the experience of running have difficulty understanding that it is harder for us to not run than to go out running. Now I run to go far, to set an example, to respect the miles I've done and the those I have yet to run. It is time to enjoy my investment. Looking forward to turning 50, aging doesn't suck.

Congratulations on a great Boston Marathon. We are surrounded by runners in their 50s and 60s who are doing well. You will be an inspiration to the next generation.
