I wanted to add some more detail as the amount of characters wasn't enough (lol). Tim and I have been talking about our wedding for a long time and have decided to wait to get married until he gets out of the Marines (hence teh August 2010 date). We both shall be financially stable by then and will be able to purchase a house at that time to start our life together in. Tim has always been "outdoorsy" which is why we have decided to get married outside and he loves the mountains (the ambiance reminds him of Michigan). Our tables will be names after Michigan and California lighthouses that we have been to. The centerpiece will focus around a framed picture of Tim and I at each lighthouse!!! We are so excited for our families to get together and meet for the first time. The most important thing is that my friends and family will be able to be there. Because his family is coming from so far away (Michigan) we will be helping them get here with costs related to airfare and lodging, etc. It's a tough economic time which is why I have entered this contest, because every little bit hopes. I am an only child and I know that my Mother has always dreamed of a fairytale wedding (as most mothers do for their daughters), so I hope to relieve some of the financial burden through this contest!
