Description:
During my first year working for the Daily Bruin, I had the rare opportunity to cover the Spencer Tracy Award, which Morgan Freeman received that year. Since the Spencer Tracy Award is created by UCLA, they dedicated a special interview session with Mr. Freeman for UCLA Student Media. I still remember how nervous I was when I had to take his portrait! But he was really nice, joked around a bit, sparing me of extra awkwardness. My colleague Derek took this photo, since it'd be unprofessional otherwise.
