The Mysterious Wood
Description:
This shot was taken on the same day as Canon on the Rise. Sadly I had woken up late for Photography class and en route, about ten minutes late, I was taking some shots of the lovely foggy day on campus. I just loved how the trees seemed to come together to hide everything that one could find behind them. Kind of like a doorway along a path to the unknown.

I Love how you can see the building, but it doesn't really pop-out. That is cool how you put all that in a photo and blended it together to make it more than just a photo of a building, but a photo of a passageway into the unkown!

WEEKLY REVIEW: "Colors burst in wild explosions Fiery, flaming shades of fall All in accord with my pounding heart Behold the autumn-weaver In bronze and yellow dying Colors unfold into dreams In hordes of a thousand and one The bleeding Unwearing their masks to the last notes of summer Their flutes and horns in nightly swarming Colors burst within Spare me those unending fires Bestowed upon the flaming shades of fall." ~ Dark Tranquility, With the Flaming Shades of Fall

WEEKLY QUOTE: "O hushed October morning mild,
Thy leaves have ripened to the fall;
Tomorrow's wind, if it be wild,
Should waste them all.
The crows above the forest call;
Tomorrow they may form and go.
O hushed October morning mild,
Begin the hours of this day slow.
Make the day seem to us less brief.
Hearts not averse to being beguiled,
Beguile us in the way you know.
Release one leaf at break of day;
At noon release another leaf;
One from our trees, one far away."
~ Robert Frost, October
