Keep Up the Chase, Willy Coyote!
Description:
When I was little, my family would go on vacation every summer to my grandparents' house. Part of our tradition every year was to watch Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and other Chuck Jones cartoons with their cable TV. The adventures of the Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote were always my favorite. It was one of the simplest cartoons, always a similar plot: Wily Coyote would concoct a scheme to capture Roadrunner, but his scheme would always fail. Throw in a few chase scenes, watch Wile E. get conked on the head or blown up, and the show was over. Enjoyable as it was, I can't help wanting to cheer the poor coyote on, even if it might mean the end of a certain roadrunner.
