Description:
Meet Kendra Luster. Kendra lost her mother unexpectedly when we were 14 years old. At that time, I had never lost someone in my life and did not know what to do to support her. It broke my heart to see Kendra lose something so precious to her, her family, and our circle of friends as well. She inspires me because when she got knocked down she got right back up with a smile on her face. She has come a long way and someone I hold dear to my heart and I feel as though she deserves a round of applause.
