Description:
A few months ago I was contacted via email about a car that I was selling. I had put the car on a local classified website and was contacted by a person claiming to be from Florida. They offered me $4500 dollars for my car without even looking at it, and wanted my to send $2000 to their “shipping” company in order to transport it to Florida. The check that they sent me was a fake and if I had cashed it, I would have owed the bank the $4500! I was told that I had been a part of a Nigerian scam.
