Clay Pocket
Description:
Some people go through lives trying to find something that makes them happy, something that they enjoy doing it. I was lucky and I found something that makes me glow, creating ceramics. Creating things with clay is not only a hobby, it is a way to express myself. When I am building a bowl or one of my many weird projects I am truly happy. This piece here is a clay pocket, it hangs on the wall and you can place things in it. On the inside I carved a quote in the clay that reads...."All midnight eyes read vacancy" What do you think that means?

Once again, your personality comes out through your artwork. It is definitely an original piece, and the quotes you chose to put on all of your work are so compelling. Best of luck in this campaign, and remember this quote from an "elderly gentleman"......"To be remembered beyond your lifetime is to be loved by the ones that knew you best."

I've always loved working on projects and artwork, but I can tell it is really a passion for you. And it shows through your work. This is a very fun, creative piece! I love how you find a way to incorporate a quote into every piece you do.

How uniquely beautiful! I love your description as well. Its great to have something that just takes you away from the troubles of life and makes you truelly happy. Hmmm, I think the quote means that there is place for anything to happen, anything can come true. The mind isn't all "occupied" with the troubles of life at midnight, you're eyes aren't focused on that. I dunno, thats how I interpreted it. But anyway, beautiful entry :)
