World's Easiest Chicken and Dumplings
Description:
My mom taught me this recipe when I was 12. It’s 1 of my daughters’ favorites. INGREDS: 2 CANS BISCUITS, 2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP, 2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH, 3 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS. DIRECTIONS: Cut chicken breast into 4 pieces each. Boil chicken in broth until done (approx 20 minutes). Roll biscuits flat & cut each one into 16 pieces. Set them aside. When chicken is done, remove from pan & set aside to cool, save broth, skim any foam from surface; combine broth & cream of chicken soup bring to a boil, reduce to high simmer, add biscuit pieces. Once biscuit pieces are all added, add chicken back in, simmer for 10 mins. Turn heat off, cover & allow to sit for 30 mins. Serve warm.
