Phi Phi Islands Kayak Trip
Description:
A motor-inaccessible cove on Phi Phi Don Island in Thailand, this place is undeniably, irrefutably and without doubt the most beautiful place in the world, not just because of the clear water, lush wildlife and isolation from a busy tourist scene; this place symbolizes the completion of a long-time goal of mine: to find the ultimate paradise, it is a place I shared a truly awe-inspiring experience with close friends. We left our bungalow early to get the most out of our one-day kayak rental. Leaving Loh Dalam Bay we hugged the west side of the island for an hour before finding an opening in the cliff-side revealing a skinny canal which opened into this, a complete vision.

WEEKLY REVIEW: "We grow great by dreams. All big men are dreamers. They see things in the soft haze of a spring day or in the red fire of a long winter's evening. Some of us let these great dreams die, but others nourish and protect them; nurse them through bad days till they bring them to the sunshine and light which comes always to those who sincerely hope that their dreams will come true." ~ Woodrow Wilson

WEEKLY REVIEW: "If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome."

WEEKLY REVIEW:
"However mean your life is, meet it and live it: do not shun it and call it hard names. Cultivate poverty like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Things do not change, we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts." ~ Henry David Thoreau

quote of the day:
"When to soft Sleep we give ourselves away,
And in a dream as in a fairy bark
Drift on and on through the enchanted dark
To purple daybreak--little thought we pay
To that sweet bitter world we know by day."
~ Thomas Bailey Aldrich, Sonnet - Sleep
