Adam & Eve
Description:
This is an edited artistic photograph of my fiance and I, that i took at the studio (I own the rights). He is white and I am black.... I am his Eve, and he is my Adam. I used the painted fresco filter in the Digital Pro program, along with the color editing used for the apple. Sometimes our lives are in black and white just like this photo. Symbolizing our great contrast. The apple however remains red, representing the passion that a couple has for one another, no matter what the consequences (i.e. Adam&Eve). He is my moon, and I am his night sky. *THankS for your support!*

Oh my gosh! This entry encompasses the topic and your love life! This is the best entry I have seen ever on this site! You get mad props for this photo and I hope you win. You took the literal, figurative, and emotional meaning and combined it in one photograph! It looks as if I should renounce my self-proclaimed title as "thephotoqueen" and give it to you because you deserve it! :) AWESOME! 5 stars!

This is really well done. The image itself is interesting, but the explanation you gave adds so much depth to it! Best of luck!

My fiance, Casey, and I both really love this. I would hang this in my home. It's such an emotional piece of work. As artists, we both agree that this would make a stunning painting. Best of luck, it's much deserved.

Screw what the person below me says, thats usually what people do to dissuade others from seeing it for what it is... AWESOME. But you dont need me to tell you, you have hundreds of reviews, votes, and thousands of views. SO sit back and be happy! And great job on your entry!! keep bringing us awesome campaigns!

I think the idea is nice and so is the composition, but the Fresco filter ruins it. Also, if you had never given me a description, I would never had assumed the entire "he is my moon and stars" bit. This is because you're staring directly at the camera with an expression that appears to be devious (this is probably further enhanced by your Fresco filter). It would have helped if you had a much tender/relaxed expression, got rid of the filter, and did not look at the camera. Looking at the camera often makes the viewer feel self-aware and uncomfortable, which is not the effect you were going for based on your statement.
