Summertime
Description:
I know it's summer when...the weather outside reaches 115 degrees and the 5 minute walk to class is unbearable; When I countdown until the last day of class and the beginning of a 4 month long summer break from school begins; When all I can think about is the beach, pool or a fun water park; when I'm excited to wear my favorite hat and sunglasses; when getting a sunburn that hurt so much made you vow to never to sit outside again but couldn't help it...

WEEKLY QUOTE: "O hushed October morning mild,
Thy leaves have ripened to the fall;
Tomorrow's wind, if it be wild,
Should waste them all.
The crows above the forest call;
Tomorrow they may form and go.
O hushed October morning mild,
Begin the hours of this day slow.
Make the day seem to us less brief.
Hearts not averse to being beguiled,
Beguile us in the way you know.
Release one leaf at break of day;
At noon release another leaf;
One from our trees, one far away."
~ Robert Frost, October
