"The laws of nature are written deep in the folds and faults of the earth. By encouraging men to learn those laws one can lead them further to a knowledge of the author of all laws." - John Joseph Lynch ~*~ Recession Expression ends in a few days! Look me up! Stop by and leave your mark! 1-7.

WEEKLY REVIEW:
"The serene philosophy of the pink rose is steadying. Its fragrant, delicate petals
open fully and are ready to fall, without regret or disillusion, after only a day
in the sun. It is so every summer. One can almost hear their pink, fragrant
murmur as they settle down upon the grass:
'Summer, summer, it will always be summer.'" ~ Rachel Peden

WEEKLY REVIEW:
"In the garden, Autumn is, indeed the crowning glory of the year, bringing us the fruition of months of thought and care and toil. And at no season, safe perhaps in Daffodil time, do we get such superb colour effects as from August to November."
- Rose G. Kingsley, The Autumn Garden, 1905

WEEKLY REVIEW:
"This was one of those perfect New England days in late summer where the spirit of autumn takes a first stealing flight, like a spy, through the ripening country-side, and, with feigned sympathy for those who droop with August heat, puts her cool cloak of bracing air about leaf and flower and human shoulders." ~ Sarah Orne Jewett

Sorry I haven't been around for a couple of days. I had a soccer tournament over the weekend and had an injury. I'm doing a lot better now. We placed 3rd overall out of 15 teams! We only lost one game! I'm still loving your entry! It's one of the best!

Wonderful entry! This is definitely one of the best and most interesting. It really caught my eye! I probably wont be around for a couple of days. I'm going out of state this weekend for a soccer tournament with my family and my team - we're going to Auburn, AL. It's a pretty big tournament! Hope your weekend is as great as your entry!
