Download the Nike SPARQ Training Video clips to get inspired and create a video that shows us your better, whatever it may be.
Step 1: Select a video editing tool.
PC Users: You can use Windows Movie Maker. Step 2: Right click on the AVI file you wish to use in your video. "Save target as" to save to your computer. Step 3: Import downloaded files into Windows Movie Maker. View the tutorial.	Mac Users: You can use iMovie. Step 2: Control click the MOV file you wish to use in your video. "Save link as" to save to your computer. Step 3: Import downloaded files into iMovie. View the tutorial.
Step 4: Submit Your Entry

Requirements: Video must be the entrant’s original creation around the “My Better” theme. Entries must be no longer than 60 seconds. College athletes under scholarship may not participate. Entries cannot contain any high school marks, emblems, or logos. If your entry contains music, you must use the provided "List of Demands" track below.
