The Unbelievably Summarized Ghetto-Fabulous Story
Description:
I decided not to throw myself a pity party on this one because thinking about that stuff always makes me sad. And so...I asked my best friend to help me make this. As I'm sure you can see, it works a lot better with two narrators. And yes, the camera work is supposed to look like that. Enjoy!

I’ve gotten a few responses to my previous message over the past two days that have really made me think. It has been brought to my attention that the previous message was sort of rude, and that it was offending people. Let me try to explain this a little bit better. The reason I don’t like the spamming is because it makes me feel bad. When I get a message that tells me to vote for the sender and very little else, this is what I hear:
1. That my entry isn’t worth voting for except as a vehicle for return votes 2. That now I am morally obligated and expected to return the favor. I know a lot of the spamming is thoughtless and not intended to be insulting, but I do find it insulting. I am asking people not to spam me because of this reason. Someone told me today that BF is about self-promotion, and that whether a person blatantly asks for return support or not, that is what they are after in most cases. This may be true. But I feel like the only way out of this ethical conundrum is to post a disclaimer. Oh, and for clarity’s sake, I am not directing this at the people who c/p their support in general. I know that we’re all busy people, and we do what we can. I am only directing this statement at people who ask for my support as a review, either by listing their campaigns or by asking for me to support them in general. I will absolutely check out your work- but only if you don’t try to trap me into it.

Wow I don't really know where to start. First I'll state the obvious: This is by far THE best entry in this campaign. That was the first time I actually watched a whole video on brickfish. I was laughing and getting weird looks from my mother the whole time. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for not throwing yourselves a pity party!! I was kind of upset when I saw that all the other entries we're talking about how they need the money more than anyone else. Obviously everyone needs money or they wouldnt have entered the campaign. You protrayed your story like no other. Congratulations I believe it's safe to say we have a clear winner!! :)

This video is so REAL. I have watched it many times and I still find things that I missed the first or second or fifteenth time through...tiny nuances or inflections in your voice. Everybody needs to take the time to look at that collage...it in itself speaks journals. I certainly hope the BF officials judge this contest based on real criteria. Anybody can stand or sit in front of a camera and ask for money; there is no talent evident there. This video took a lot of thought, a lot of work, a lot of time, and tons of creative energy to create and weave together. It's a secret diary entry, or several entries, and a snapshot of your lives. I wish you the best of luck with it and I will continue to support you every day.
