To recover a lost User ID simply go to Search and in the Advanced Search section, enter the email address you used when you set up your account in the "Email Address" field. Click "Submit" and your profile page will appear. Your User ID is what appears after www.brickfish.com/User Name.

If you can't remember your password, click here and follow the onscreen instructions and we'll email your password to you. The email will go to the address used to set up your account, unless you have changed that in the Account Info section. You will need to know the answer you entered for the security question you chose when you originally signed up. The Most Viral entries are the ones getting the most attention across the internet on sites other than Brickfish®. Using the "Publish to Facebook," "Post to Websites," "Embed," "Share Link to" and "Add Link to" tools to spread an entry across the internet makes you eligible for Most Viral prizes. Several factors are considered in the Most Viral ranking and winner selection. The number of sites an entry is posted to, the number of unique viewers of the entry, and the number of people who have shared the entry are just a few of the factors included in the calculation. On the page of each entry there are several options in the Share This Entry box. By clicking on the "Post to Websites" button, you can post (or embed) content to a number of different sites, including Facebook, Myspace, Friendster, LiveJournal and more.

You can also click the Email to Friends button to quickly and easily send content to friends on Brickfish or anyone with an email account.

Finally, you can click on the "Bookmark" button to allow you to instantly post content to your favorite social bookmarking site, including Digg, StumbleUpon, Del.icio.us and many more.

Winners are selected differently in each campaign, so please refer to the rules of the specific campaign.

• If winners are selected by sponsor, winners are notified once the sponsor selects the winner.
• If one winner is selected by sponsor and the other winners are selected by score, NO winners can be notified until the hand-picked winner has been selected by the sponsor.

Once winners are identified, you are contacted by BrickfishPrizing@brickfish.com. Then you are instructed to reply with your full name, mailing address, and phone number. Dependent on the value of the prize, you will be required to fill out a W-9 form (a requirement of the IRS). You can return it via email, fax, or snail mail. Once this info is received, prizes are mailed out as soon as possible. Please note that prizes being fulfilled by a third party may take longer than those fulfilled by Brickfish.
