Description:
Are you a high school athlete and want a chance to play at the next level? The NCSA is looking for highly competitive and motivated high school athletes who are trying to get exposure to the college coaches in his/her sport. Tell us about your dedication and passion for your sport in BLOG, PHOTO, or VIDEO format and why you deserve a college scholarship. A panel of NCSA experts will select the top entries and award the winners with a NCSA Power Package (a film evaluation from a NCSA scouting expert and a NCSA edited highlight DVD), and other amazing prizes. Entries will be judged on factors such as the level of creativity, motivation, dedication, and work ethic.
Rewards:
- Grand Prize: One winner, selected by a panel of NCSA judges from all entries, will win a trip for two (2) to Chicago, including two (2) nights of accommodations and airfare for two (2) within the continental United States (up to $500 per person per ticket). The winner will also receive (2) tickets to the Chicago Bears game on Sunday, December 7, 2008, against the Jacksonville Jaguars, a tour of the NCSA office and its scouting facilities, and a NCSA Power Package (a film evaluation from a NCSA scouting expert and a NCSA edited highlight DVD). If the winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- First Runner-Up: One winner, selected by a panel of NCSA judges from the top 100 highest scoring entries, will win one (1) NCSA edited highlight DVD, one (1) NCSA warm-up suit, and one (1) NCSA Dri-FIT t-shirt.
- Most Viral: One winner, selected by a panel of NCSA judges from the top 100 Most Viral entries, will win one (1) NCSA edited highlight DVD, one (1) NCSA warm-up suit, and one (1) NCSA Dri-FIT t-shirt. Learn about Most Viral.
- Sign-up Sweepstakes: One winner, who signs up for the NCSA email list by filling out the form in the Campaign Highlights area of the Show Us Your Power Play Campaign or who opt-in from the Submit Entry tab, will be chosen randomly each week to win one (1) NCSA Dri-FIT t-shirt.
How to Submit:
- Create a video, photo or blog submission that showcases your athletic talent and why you deserve a college scholarship.
- Click the Submit Entry tab and follow the steps provided.
- Tell your friends to come to Brickfish and vote for your entry!
Requirements:
Entry must be of you or someone you know. If you enter a photo or video of a friend or relative you must have their permission to do so. Entries must be original work of the participant and must be sports related. Videos must be no longer than 2 minutes and blog entries must be a maximum of 300 words. Any entry that violates copyright protection or the Brickfish Terms of Use will be disqualified and removed. Enter as many unique entries as you’d like. Please do not submit duplicate entries.
Legal Notice:

Contest is open to members of Brickfish.com® who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and must be a high school student age 13 – 18 at the time of entry, and have completed account registration prior to the end of the contest.
