I want to work for a magazine as a writer, editor or art director.  I am not sure exact which one I just know I have had a life long magazine fetish and its time I surrender to it and just go work for one.  They are always scattered all over my house.  I read them, clip things out of them for collage, get design layout ideas from them.  I hope to do some traveling as part of my job because I love to go to new places and try new things.  I am also considering teaching art.  I am keeping my options open at this point.

I love all kinds of music as I said. You will find everything from contemporary rock to blues to reggae on my playlists.  If I had to chose a favorite it is so hard but I have to say Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks.  I wanted to be her when I was a little girl I thought she was so talented and had the coolest outfits.  I have a fondness for Tony Bennett and other big band music.  I love latin music like on the movie soundtrack for Dirty Dancing II and Ricky Martin.  I have been listening to a lot of Joss Stone lately.  I will listen to almost any kind of music.  I do annoy my neighbors frequently with my 80's throwback playlists.  Of course I think the best test of any stereo system is Beethoven's Ninth.  If it can't handle that then forget it!

I love to watch movies both at home and in the theater, but alas my spouse detests the movie theater so I don't go there often unless its a girls night out.  My favorite movies are period films, classic movies, psychological thrillers and fantasy.  I am a fan of Alfred Hitchcock, John Hughes, Sophia Coppola and Peter Jackson as far as directors go.  My favorite movies are The Wizard of Oz, Giant, Gone With the Wind, Sabrina, Marie Antoinette, Sense and Sensibility, Vanity Fair, LOTR, Clue, Man in the Iron Mask, Seven, To Catch a Thief and Sleepy Hollow.
