I live in southern California near the beach (of course). I enjoy gardening and spend about 2 hours everyday playing in my gardens. Our house sits on a large lot where I have plenty of room to plant lots of trees, flowers, and assorted fruits, vegetables, & herbs. We are currently inundated with all sorts of produce (wish I could send you some!).

Being near the ocean also allows for lots of sailing and speedboat time. I like the speedboat better ‘cause I get less sick on it.

 

On weekends my husband and I are either racing our off-road truck in an MDR race or we are out and about geocaching (see geocaching.com for more details).

 

I am passionate about cooking and I’m constantly in the kitchen whipping up some new recipe. My husband eats like a king (but stays skinny as a rail!!).

 

We currently have 2 cats and a 30-gallon freshwater aquarium.

 

We have no children but I get my child “fix” by volunteering with an organization that helps abused and neglected children, which is very fulfilling (you should try it). I also have nieces and nephews, which I love to spoil when I see them. Just like a grandmother, spoil them then send them home. LOL!!

I have a HUGE family (some of whom won't talk to me).  I have 3 moms, 2 dads, 6 sisters (Shelley, Garett, Kathryne, Erin, Phoebe, & Abigail), 4 nieces (Katana, Heather, Jasia, & Avelinn), and 4? nephews (James, Dale, and two whose names I don't know - but I love them just as much).  These are all just on my side of the family.  There is a tremendously gigantic list of family on my husband's side.  So, there are many many more sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews I haven't listed that I obtained through marriage.
