I love being outdoors in nice Florida weather, and practicing martial arts when I can. Every now and then, I'll pick up a good book. Exercising daily has become one of my goals for 2008--just to get out and do something with myself! I've been a Pilates fan since freshman year of college. I just discovered spinning, and I'd love to try a yoga class or two.

I've had several dreams, like most people, but some of them have been realized already, and others are pretty darn close! As for the dreams I haven't accomplished yet. I'd like to visit Poland(to learn about my ancestry), and someday, live in New York City for at least a year. Here's an example of a recent dream coming true: I've always had a good singing voice, but I have wanted to learn to play an instrument since I was little. Just last year, I got myself a secondhand trumpet, and I'm starting to learn .  I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!  

I'm one of those people who really does listen to "a little bit of everything," and you'd just have to scroll through my iPod to find that out. I like a few popular songs out right now, but I also have a core group of artists I've enjoyed for years.   These are the groups and artists who always stay with me: Journey, Chicago,  Medwyn Goodall, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen, Rodney Atkins, Alabama, James Taylor, Peter Gabriel, U2, Vienna Teng, Billy Joel, and Chris Botti.

I go for romantic comedies, general comedies, dramas, and sometimes a little adventure. My favorite movies...well, that's a long list! I have two or three close friends, mostly from college.  I prefer a few really good ones to a million acquaintances. Just last year, though, my boyfriend asked me to marry him! So...my little group expanded, and now includes my family, my college friends, and my future in-laws, plus my fiancé's brother and sisters.

If I had the time and money, I think I'd go absolutely everywhere! Here's a list of places I've been to, and fallen in love with:
