I'm a crazy person. I like weird things and entertain myself with weird thoughts frequently. I have a freaky sense of humour and most people find me a walking contradiction. I don't look like a goth or emo freak, but I like the music and that freaks people out. It reminds me of one South Park episode: Raisins. Where Stan wants to join the goths and the ons goth says to him, "You can join, all you have to do is dress like us, listen to our music and drink coffee."
So, yeah... I'm not your typical goth. I don't even think of myself as a goth. The only goth thing about me are my demented thoughts and my black fingernails. I mostly like harder metal music. Disturbed, Slipknot, Children of Bodom, Fear Factory. I like some Dimmu, but I like lyrics I can understand more. Any music with a few good riffs and a solid drum beat works for me. Name a band and I probably like some or other song. Music I hate is: Good Charlotte, Simple Plan and things in that genre, I feel like I want to shred my wrists with my teeth when I listen to that shit.
That's still fine, but when I heard 'red jumpsuit apparatus' (if that's even the name, can't remember it...) I felt like jumping infront of a moving train. They have excellent instrumentals and then kicks in this lame-ass, wannabe pop, bordering on Click 5- vocal.
I needed an hour of Slipknot after that sad shit...
