I am Mike. Fluffy to some. But to anyone and everyone, I am a chef. Pastry chef, dinner foods, breakfast foods, lunch, brunch, dessert, in-between-meal-snacks, midnight snacks... you name it. I am a chef and I'm going to go to school to make it official. I'm gonna go to Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and become a world-class chef and make/eat food for the rest of my life...
