Emiko's entry in the From Your Design to Hollywood & Vine! campaign was selected by Frederick's of Hollywood out of 750 unique corset designs! Her design was then produced and modeled in the Frederick's of Hollywood annual charity event - and she was flown to Hollywood for an all-expense paid weekend to see the show! Here's what she had to say:

What was your influence or inspiration for your design? I wanted to create something that would not only look sexy, but hopefully feel sexy as well.

How did it feel to see your design walking down the runway at the Frederick's of Hollywood annual charity event? It was definitely a humbling experience.  There were some jaw-dropping corsets, and mine was just a small part. What an honor!

Tell us about the rest of your glam weekend in Hollywood! We stayed at Chateau Marmont, didn't see any celebs there. At both events in Frederick's we did see some celebs. On the first evening, the Foo Fighters, Eagles of Death Metal, and Silver Sun Pickups played.  Dita Von Teese performed a burlesque show.  For the auction event, I think the highest bid was for Dita Von Teese's corset for $20,000!! Throughout the trip we encountered very kind people which made our time extra special.
