I am a 27 year old teacher of those with severe multiple disabilities near Kansas City. I miss the art field and have chosen to pursue it as a career.
I took some college courses in drawing and one in painting, but graduated with a Special Education degree. I know I have the potential to be great as an artist, and have just started building my confidence.
My dream is to attend an atelier school in Chicago where I can learn techniques from the great masters. Since it is a private school, I have to look elsewhere for the money to attend. It is only $6,000 per year, but as many of you know... that's still a lot of money and I don't have it to spend.
