Well, I guess since I've been on here a while I should at least write something here!! I joined mostly to help my daughter, she's such a great person. She's smart, sweet, beautiful, and caring. Anyway, I have kind of gotten addicted to this site in the process of supporting her! lol I have met some very nice people on here. I just haven't made a lot of friends in my life, I don't go out much to meet friends and have always been kind of shy until I get to know people. I am so thankful for all of you on here who are my friends and for all your support, and hope to become closer friends with some of you!!!!

General
I guess many people would find me "boring" because I don't like to go out much or anything. I enjoy staying home with my husband, and wish I could spend more time with my daughter and son, who are both away from home now. I also would like to spend more time with my folks. Anyway, I like to do puzzles sometimes as in board puzzles, I like to read, I love animals, although very allergic to cats, and I love just sitting by a stream with the sound of that rushing water and nature around me!
 
Dreams
My dreams are pretty simple these days, I think anyway. I just have always dreamed of having a house in the country, by country I mean even a couple acres, an d I love pigs and want a real one someday and a few more dogs. I would love for my parents, my daughter, my son, my brother, and my husband and I to all live closer together, but a lot of people probably dream of that!! I would also love to have some more close friends to talk to and hang out with once in a while!
Music
I like different kinds of music. Country has always been my favorite, and I like the older country, not a bunch of the new stuff. I also like soft rock, some hard rock, some rap, etc. The only thing I don't really like is classical and most opera.
Movies
I like a lot of movies. Some of my fav's are:
Dirty Dancing, Ghosts, Titanic, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, A Walk to Remember, Hardball, Walk the Line, Man on Fire, the Patriot, the Notebook, the Love Comes Softly series, and of course, I've always loved Little House on the Prairie.
Places
Let's see, all I can think of to tell you is I was lucky to have been some places when I was younger that I may not have been able to see were it not for the fact that my dad was in the Army. We lived in Heidelberg, Germany for 3 years, and Landstuhl, Germany for 3. I've lived in Texas, Oklahoma, and of course, Colorado. I have visited a lot of states over the years. I would like to see the Grand Canyon and Niagra Falls someday.
