Hi, my name is Whitney. I'm 21 and I'm attending college and working full time. I have a daughter, Makayla, who will be 3 in April. I'm sure there will be a ton of pictures of her on here soon. I am getting married to a wonderful man, Joel, in May. I'm new to the whole Brickfish scene, but I think I'm catching on :)

General
Movies, musicals, plays, comedians (Brian Regan, Mitch Hedberg, Eddie Izzard, Pablo Francisco, Demetri Martin, Stephen Lynch to name a few), playing guitar (although I'm not very good at it, I do enjoy playing), above all, spending time with my family and friends 
Dreams
Well, I am in college, but still do not know what I want to be when I grow up :) Hopefully, whatever it is, I am able to do something that I enjoy and still be able to help support my family. On a completely different note though, some dreams of mine are to visit New Zealand, see some shows on Broadway in New York, and learn to surf.
Music
I have very diverse taste when it comes to music. My all-time favorite would have to be the Beatles!! I like everything from Josh Groban to Guns N Roses to Jason Mraz. I like a little bit of everything, except for maybe rap...I never really got into that.
Movies
I JUST SAW PROBABLY THE BEST MOVIE EVER!! Being the huge Beatles fan that I am, I couldn't wait to see Across the Universe! Let me recommend it to everyone, especially those who enjoy symbolic movies. It was like I heard the Beatles for the first time all over again! INCREDIBLE!
I am a HUGE movie buff. I am the one that my friends and family come to for random info about movies and actors. I love Mel Brooks...Robin Hood Men in Tights, The Producers, Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles...he's pretty much a genius. I love the Harry Potter movies (I can't wait for the next one to come out!), as well as Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. The Princess Bride. TRANSFORMERS. Pretty much anything with Jim Carrey...Adam Sandler... well you get the picture. Comedy is my favorite, but I like almost all types of movies, with the exception of scary movies....I'm a bit of a chicken :)
People
I guess my favorite people would have to be my family and friends. They are all amazing and I am very lucky to have them in my life. I couldn't ask for a better, more caring, or more crazy bunch of people. I enjoy being around fun, honest, and caring people, and am looking forward to meeting some new ones!
Places
I don't think I've found my favorite place yet. However, if I had to make a guess as to where it would be, I'd have to say New Zealand. It is absolutely beautiful! Ever since I saw Lord of the Rings, it's been on top of my "Places to Go" list. I'd love to visit Italy, Ireland, Greece, Germany, and Paris, too. On a closer scale though, I love Tennessee and hope to move there one day.
