hi. i am jen and i design for E.C. Star clothing. i've pretty much been involved with clothing/designing my whole life and i love it! from my experience, the best advice i can give you if you want to design would be to find a mentor and try to intern under them. learn as much as you can from them. you will learn more with hands on experience than you ever will in a pricey design school. you can learn the technical side in school, but creativity comes from within. a fan of "anti fashion," i would encourage people who want to design to use your own personal style. follow your dreams and don't give up!
