I like many different types of music depending on mood and situation. Ask me what I'm listing to today! 
I played cello from the ages of 11-14 and have not played since then because the cello belonged to the school. I am currently awaiting the arrival of my very own cello and look forward to playing again. Hopefully I can remember how to read music. UPDATE I have received the cello and actually remember how to play it. I love being able to practice as much as I can.

I've only met one person I consider to be "famous". Brian Herbert co-author of the Dune prequil series and son of Frank Herbert, author of the original Dune saga. I am a Dune fan. 

I sent my girlfriend to have my book signed by Brian Herbert at a book signing because I had to work, ironically enough it was labor day. Sent her with a message of thanks and offered my services at the japanese restaurant that I worked at if they needed dinner afterward. Much to my amazement he took my invitation seriously, but mostly to meet me! He gave me kudos for not calling into work just to make the book signing and commended my dedication to a good work ethic. Enchanted by the odd sight of my co-workers, who were beautiful older  Japanese ladies(50's & 60's), and I dressed up in our kimonos, Mr. Herbert encouraged me to explore my passions for writing by writing what goes on in my work place. I agreed, but thought if he only knew how much trouble that could get me into!

I have too long a list to put down where I want to go, so I'll tell you some places I have been that I consider noteworthy.

Places, cites, attractions I've seen: Seattle, The gravesites of Bruce and Brandon Lee (made charcoal rubbings of inscriptions on stones), Chinatown - Vancouver B.C., leaning tower of Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terra, statue of David, stayed in a 200+ year old house on a mountainside in Italy.
