Candy says, "Took a Sabbath rest, but am here voting now!! Weather alert radio just went off.. FLASH FLOOD WARNING! We are supposed to get 3-7 inches of rain between now and 6:00 a.m. EST. Just what we need.. MORE RAIN! Our area has had 12-14 inches of rain in the past two weeks. More on the way. Talk about soggy!! I don't want to go out there at all anymore! There was a rainless spell in the early evening, and can you believe it.. My dad made me go out. I did what I needed to do and was begging to come back in lickety split. I've been in ever since. Shiver me timbers!!! Rain and thunder, rain and thunder. It's the story of my life lately (as you well know)!! Well, here's a thousand circles of love for you (whew! I'm dizzy), and a BIIIIG THANK YOU for your L&S too! HUGS!"

"Candy says, "It was a stay inside kind of day. It rained most of the day. There were a few booms of thunder, so I whimpered to be sure my owners KNEW I didn't like it. They spoke kindly, and patted me on my pretty head, but didn't make it stop. It was definitely a lazy kind of day--dark and drizzly. The weather was just on the news.. Rain is predicted for the next five days! I'll be a pillow potato by time all this rain stops! At least I have the entertainment of coming to BF to see who's come by for a visit, and can come here to visit you! So here's a wag and circle of love for your great post. Candy says, "I had a peaceful afternoon basking in the sun, lying on our deck. When I went out, I was delighted to see my baby pool was full of water! Sandy wonders, 'Why does a dog like to splash in the lake or a pool, but hate the rain?' People--they just don't get it! We had FOUR inches of rain today, and more will arrive momentarily.. SHUDDERS.. It's accompanied with those loud, unpredictable booms. BARK-YOU for v-o-t-i-n-g for my entry today! I'm SO excited to see you were one of my fabulous visitors today. THANK YOU.
