About to explode in the Mortgage and Finance Worlds. Life & Health! Not there yet but some day soon I will arrive. I come from a hard background and needed a change. Thought that the only thing keeping me down was poverty. I changed my mind. The world is yours just be careful what you do with it. I went to school for mortgage training and then the market falls out. Lets see how long it will stay the way it was a few months ago. Market sales have climbed a little to 7% in DC area. Lets look toward the environment for advice.

Carbon Origination - www.environmental-finance.com Lately I have been studying my insurance book as all the baby boomers will need to role over their 401k's into something for retirement. I started a photography business in 1996 called Starlight Photo but found it hard to earn what I needed for retirement. So I found financials. One of my favorite sites is www.finishrich.com by David Bach. If you follow his principles and have discretionary income you can retire with enough income. School only makes my goals that much more difficult for now. I am here to find some ways to help pay for my schooling and meet new friends.
