I'm Jill's mom!! I'll try not to embarass her but she should be used to that by now!
I am a professional (ie work in an office) and most of them don't know I'm a nudist! I have been for over 5 years and it is the best thing I ever did for my own self-image and self-esteem! People care about YOU not just what you look like because, believe me, nobody has a perfect body. When you are accepted just as you are, it is very freeing! I love to dance and have fun! Age is only a number!

General
GUESS WHAT!! I got a tattoo!! That's not a big deal if you are 20- or 30-something, but it's a big deal for me!! I can't wait for the weather to get warm enough that I can show it off at our nudist resort. Jill saw it the day I had it done, but it looks better now. But you all lied to me - it did not feel like I was being poked by a needle - IT HURT LIKE HELL!! I didn't know I had such a low pain threshold. Well, it's my first and my last one. I'm glad I did it, and it's really prett y, but I won't do it again (probably)!.
Music
There is no one right kind of music. I loke lots of different kinds of music, including a lot of the videos I seen here on Brickfish! I like rock, country (yeah, I know!), blues, r&b, and of course, "oldies". I enjoyed the jazz (except that stuff where they just go crazy with the improve crap) and the artists I just saw at the Jazz Festival on Catalina, especially Mindy Abair and Eric Darius (both play sax - but that's a major understatement). Pretty much, if you can dance to it, I love it. Music connects with your moods, so the music you like at any given moment is always changing depending on your mood. It can fit your mood or it can change your mood.
Places
I just got back from Catalina Island and what a great time! The JazzTrax Festival was going on - we saw 2 shows. Incredible artists and great music. Even more fun was partying at Luau Larry's and Chi Chi's til closing time! Good thing our hotel was only a couple of blocks away... walking was a challenge! Met some USC students and a bunch of really fun people. We even did Kareoke - Gawd we were so bad everyone loved us! I'll get some pix on soon. Go there if you get a chance - it's fun!
