I am a writer be design (meaning that God created me, just like he created you, in the way he saw fit for me to bring forth His kingdom on earth). I like to write blogs, I have a bunch on Facebook/MySpace. I'm not the best reader, but I do value the importance of reading, it is very fundemental in growth (whether spiritual, financial, emotional, or mental). I am the biggest movie geek! I am a Pre-Film, Video, and Media Studies major at WMU, so anything artsy or anything in the media spectrum piques my interest. I actually have plans to open up a facility for po' folks (at-risk my foot; niggas is po') who have the same dreams and desires but don't have the money or resources to reach their dreams/goals.

They are very weird. I would start off in like an airplane and then all of a sudden I'm like in a classroom laying in a bed. My dreams are the craziest thing in the world...

...Oh! Ha! Not those dreams. LOL. Well, my dreams are focused around how I will be able to serve God with my gifts, talents, and abilities.

I'm eclectic. I like whatever is playing on the radio. I like dance music; slow or fast. I sing along to most songs (the ones I know; if I don't know it, but like it, I mumble alone like everyone else).

I love comedies (if you couldn't tell from that motto I have posted from the movie, The Sandlot ). I don't mind sitting down and watching chick flicks, but I draw the line at movies like Jackass or something. I know that this isn't a movie, but since it is a form of "entertainment" I figure that, heck, it's my profile, I'll write if I want to. I honestly don't know why they call it entertainment, because it is straight garbage in my eyes, and it bugs me how people can't see the foolishness in these people. I don't know about you, but the reality shows on MTV, VH1, and BET get on my last nerve. The ones that really get under my skin are Flavor of Love, I Love NY, and Charm School. If these aren't black people at their worst, I don't know what is. These shows disgrace me greatly. I can tell you more about it if you ask. Moving on...

... I like movies that are controversial and that have the idealogies of fear, control, and the inevitability of a revolution. If you couldn't figure out already, I absolutely love the Matrix Trilogy, V for Vendetta, surprisingly for some, I actually loved Mean Girls. Hilarious as it is, this display of high school society was the perfect representation of what is wrong with this country. I Robot is a favorite of mine, as well as Lord of the Rings and Star Wars (in which I MUST say that though I am a fan of both, there is only ONE true "Return", and that is "of the Jedi"). I have other favorites which I don't feel like listing right now. 1
