PROUD TO BE FROM THE CLASS OF '07!!!!!!
My name is Gabriela, but a lot of people call me Gaby.......in fact I have a lot of names including Gabynha (my portuguese name meaning "little Gaby"),Basura (for being a trash..... thank you very much Jessica, LOL) ,auricle (accidently mispronounced "article"), Bofa (named after the Chivas player "Bofo" Bautista), Coffee (Gavina is the name of a coffee company), Manzana (Apple Computers freak!), and the newest "Emo Gaby" (yes, laugh). Born on the 18th day of May, I am a soccer/lacrosse player with the focus on being an artist and a video gamer. I am a latino from blood and I'll remain a latino even thought I will be studying in the OC this fall! Soon I'll be a former alumni at Manual Arts High School and a incoming freshman at Chapman University to get my BFA in Graphic Design and go on to graduate school. Yes, that's my life, trying to stay away from the negatively even though it's hard, trying to remain happy even though a lot of evil are in the world, friends trying to cheer me and me doing the same, explore what's new even thought I'm scared (but not a crybaby), and finally, get my feelings out through painting.

General
General: Incoming Freshman at Chapman U! Drawing, Painting, Soccer, Swimming, Lacrosse, Going out with Friends, Video Games, Traveling, Music.
Music: Rap/Hip Hop, Latin, Cumbia, Punta, Salsa, basically a little bit of all the latin style dancing music, including Reggaeton, a little bit of the Regional Mexicano style(Not Rancheras, though), a little bit of everything.
Movies: I like to watch any type of movie that's funny, scary, or has a lot of action to it. I especially like The Incredibles and The Lion King Trilogy (LK 1/2 is hilarious!). I watch a little of Spanish movies but most likely it would be watching Cantinflas or La India Maria.
Television: The Simpsons, Futurama, King of the Hill, Malcolm in the Middle, Ninja Turtles, Sonic X, Married with Children, some other shows.................
Books: Let me be the first to say I'm no big fan of books. I don't do it as a hobby and the reason why I will read is because of an English assignment or IF the book is REALLY interesting. Some books that I read include One Hundred Years of Solitude, Solitary Blue, and Kaffir Boy.
Heroes: My parents and the other 3 members of the family(2 uncles(one R.I.P.), 1 aunt) that worked hard to make a better life after a lot of struggle comming and staying in the US.
FICTION:Sonic, Mario, Princess Peach(yes......believe it or not), Donkey Kong, Link from The Legend of Zelda, Princess Zelda, Samus Aran from Metroid.........
